Expeditions Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bio-Escapes: Refundable (80% to 50%) up to 24h before the event.

  • Tours: 20% non-refundable deposit if cancelled by the traveler. If Faunaris cancels the departure due to not reaching the minimum group size, the deposit is fully refunded or credited toward another date/tour.

2. General Terms

  • All refunds exclude bank/gateway fees. Spots are transferable with prior notice. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by Faunaris

  • Full refund or credit for internal reasons. Notification: 48h for Bio-Escapes / 30 days for Tours. Force Majeure triggers credit vouchers minus non-recoverable costs.

4. Limited Liability

  • Faunaris' liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. External costs (travel, gear) are the participant's responsibility. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
